RSA

Gil Barkey is a college soccer scout and owner of Recruiting Student Athletes (RSA). Gil has been a longtime soccer coach for Real Colorado spanning over 15 years. For the last ten years, Gil has been consulting with athletes and families about their college recruiting process. Gil and his wife Becky have two daughters who grew up through the Real Colorado system and played college soccer.

In an effort to assist student-athletes in their college recruiting process, Gil and his RSA staff offer an opportunity to work with families on a personalized consulting and recruiting-focused basis. RSA staff are also available to Real Colorado to speak with teams and small groups about the recruiting process, showcase preparation, and college planning. RSA will also assist Real Colorado members with their current ConnectSoccer or other recruiting platform accounts as part of personally expanding college exposure for our members.
