The Real Colorado Festive Futsal event at FieldhouseUSA is the ultimate place to experience the great change of pace Futsal provides. It offers players of varying levels the opportunity to display their skills and talent while competing against friends and foes over the Christmas Break!

Real CO Festive Futsal Forms:

• Festive Futsal Roster Team Roster - required for ALL teams to be uploaded for online check-in. A copy must be in possession of coach or team rep at all times during Festive Futsal play. Electronic or Hard Copy.

• USYS Medical Release/Waiver - must be in possession of coach

FESTIVE FUTSAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

• Each team must have its own unique GotSport Account to register. DO NOT USE your club team GS Account!

• If you don’t have a GS Account for the team you want to register, you will be directed to create one after you click on the APPLY NOW link, then SEARCH to get started to create a new team for Festive Futsal.

• If you have 2 teams from the same club team, they must each have their own name. Ex.: Real CO 2015G Fairies 1 and Real CO 2015G Fairies 2
