Meet Sean Dedycker

Real Colorado As Director of Recreational - Junior Academy Girls

A native of Colorado, Sean began playing soccer at the age of five. He has played his entire youth career for Lakewood United Soccer Club. Sean owes his passion for coaching to his father, who was a coach and mentor to Sean and his brother Scott.

He began coaching full-time in 1993, for the same club he played in, then Lakewood Fury, now named Colorado Rush.

Sean helped take the lead in forming a new club in 2003, The Colorado Girls Soccer Academy. Where they quickly garnered a national title.

Sean has been a director of coaching for Colorado Rush, Storm and now Real. His coaching highlights include six regional titles, and three national championships. He currently holds a USSF C License, and United Soccer Coaches advanced national diploma.

Sean is continually motivated and inspired by the opportunity to help his players attain their goals, on and off the field.
