All metro area teams including Boulder, Ft. Collins and Colorado Springs must be prepared to play at 4 pm on Friday, May 24 (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Non-metro area teams may request a Friday, May 24 game

** Please note that a large number college coaches do come in for Friday games

Otherwise all non-metro teams must be prepared to play at 8 am on Saturday, May 25
WHO:
- U15 – U19 Boys and Girls, ODP/State Cup, ECNL, NPL, Elite and Premier Teams only
- Many teams come from outside of Colorado to showcase their players
- Real CO ECNL and NPL-Mountain League teams will play in the Colorado Showcase 2013
- Colorado ODP teams will play in 2013

ENTRY FEE: $975 PER TEAM

EVERY REGISTRATION PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE 15 VOUCHERS FOR 15 COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS FOR ONE OF THREE COLORADO RAPIDS HOME GAMES DURING THE 2013 SEASON.

One of these three home games will be played in the stadium at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park during the 2013 Colorado Showcase.

No tournament play during Rapids game.
- Every Real Cup & Showcase tournament team will receive Fifteen (15) complimentary tickets for one of three pre-selected Colorado Rapids (2010 MLS Champions) home games during the 2013 MLS season. The specific games will not be named until the MLS schedule comes out in early 2012, but one of the three home games will be played during the Real CO Tournament Weekend (Memorial Day). Additional tickets will be available at an exclusive tournament discounted rate. See CO Rapids Tickets Page for more Information.

Payment will be accepted by credit card online when application is made.
- All tournament fees will be charged upon application.
- No team will be scheduled without full payment — no exceptions.
- Any team not accepted will be notified by email and tournament fee will be fully refunded.
- No fees will be refunded after acceptance via email.
- Only a limited number of teams will be accepted.
APPLICATION PROCESS:

All applications must be made online

Out of State teams may request early acceptance for purposes of making travel arrangements by emailing their request to the Tournament Director at cindyt@realcolorado.net when they apply and have paid.
- Application Deadline will be April 15, 2013 Any application received after April 15 must include a $50 late fee.
- APPLY EARLY as we will fill!
- Entry Fee non-refundable after acceptance.
ROSTER/PLAYER INFORMATION:
-
Spring 2013 or Fall 2012 (depending on last season played) rosters must be provided at check-in.
-
Teams must be duly registered with their respective state associations.
-
Teams may include up to (6) guest players but may not exceed a total roster size of 22. All other players must be rostered to team making application.
-
ODP Teams may have a roster size of up to 22 players.
-
All players, including guests, must have a valid Fall 2012/Spring 2013 approved, laminated state youth player pass card with player’s picture.
-
All USYS teams from outside Colorado must provide approved travel papers at Team Check-in, if they are from any USYS Region other than Region IV, or they will not be allowed to play.
-
US Club teams are not required to have Travel Papers.
-
US Club teams must have official roser and US Club player passes.
-
Players who appear on a club team roster and an ODP roster may play on both teams in the ODP/State Cup Finalist Division, only.
-
ODP teams are not required to produce player passes.
-
No players may exceed 120 minutes of play per day.
TEAM SELECTION:
- Selection to the tournament will be based on team history and record.
- Placement in specific divisions will be based on team history and record.
- Late entries will be placed on a space available basis, and must pay the $50 late fee.
TRAVEL/LODGING INFORMATION:
- All traveling teams are required to make their reservations through Anthony Travel OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY (Must-Stay-To-Play) www.anthonytravel.com
- All teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games, one game per day. (Anthony Travel will be ready to receive reservations after Nov. 15
- Communication from the Colorado Showcase will be via email and website only, so team contact, team manager, team coach should check email and this website often, please.
- Team check-in reception will be held from 2-7 pm on Friday, May 24, at the Cantina at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
- Field check-ins will be available one hour in advance of 1st game time on Saturday, May 25 at Site Director’s tent at DSGP.
- Officials will be certified by the USSF.
- Results of each day’s play will be available online.
- This is a great time of year for tournaments in Colorado! Your team will have a wonderful time with great competition and college coach exposure.

REFUND POLICY:
- Any teams not accepted will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be given once a team has been accepted.

Should the 2013 Colorado Showcase be cancelled for any reason once tournament check-in has taken place, Real CO will determine, in its sole discretion based on specific criteria, if any or all entry fees will be retained by Real CO or if any entry fees may be refunded to tournament participants.
